Tasty and delicious, new potatoes are early tubers that contain essential nutrients for our body.

These tubers are harvested by June, when they have not yet reached full maturity, for this reason, it is not uncommon for new potatoes to be cooked directly with their peel.

Baked or pan-fried, it doesn't matter,

as long as they are seasoned with the classic marinade, that special sauce made of oil (not too much!), salt, pepper, rosemary and a clove of garlic.
