Gift Card Terms of Use

1. Using Your Gift Card

The Gift Card can only be used on the official website Prodotti Tipici Calabresi on line | Castrovillari, CS | Castrofrutta to purchase products available online. It cannot be exchanged for cash, reloaded, resold, or transferred to third parties.

To use your Gift Card, enter the unique code you received by email in the appropriate field during checkout.

The Gift Card can be used for multiple purchases until the available balance is used up.

If the order total exceeds the available Gift Card balance, the customer must pay the difference using one of the payment methods accepted by the store.

2. Validity

The Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be purchased through the website Prodotti Tipici Calabresi on line | Castrovillari, CS | Castrofrutta. After it expires, any remaining balance can no longer be used or refunded. The Gift Card cannot be reloaded.

3. Purchase and Delivery

After purchase, the Gift Card is sent by email to the address provided by the customer. The email contains a unique code and instructions for use. It is sent automatically when the order status changes to “Paid”. The customer can forward the email to the intended recipient.

3. Payment and Review

You can check your Gift Card balance by clicking the “View gift card” button in the confirmation email, or by contacting the seller directly at castrofruttasas@gmail.com.

4. Loss or Theft

If your Gift Card is lost or stolen, Castrofrutta accepts no responsibility and no refund will be issued. Please keep your Gift Card code safe.

5. Returns and Refunds

Products purchased with a Gift Card are subject to the website’s standard returns policy. If an item is returned, the corresponding amount will be credited back to the Gift Card used for the purchase, provided it is still valid.

6. Restrictions on Use

The Gift Card cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards. It cannot be used to get discounts on sale items unless otherwise stated.

7. Amendments to the Terms

Castrofrutta reserves the right to change the Gift Card terms and conditions at any time, with notice on its official website.

8. Governing Law

These legal terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute arising from the use of the Gift Card shall be heard by the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile.
