Tasty and delicious, new potatoes are early tubers that contain essential nutrients for our body.

These tubers are harvested by June, when they have not yet reached full maturity, for this reason, it is not uncommon for new potatoes to be cooked directly with their peel.

Baked or pan-fried, it doesn't matter, as long as they're seasoned with the classic marinade, that special sauce made with oil (not too much!), salt, pepper, rosemary, and a clove of garlic.
